Silver Wolf Confirms Warrant Extension

SILVER WOLF CONFIRMS WARRANT EXTENSION
VANCOUVER, BC, December 1, 2023: Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd. (OTCQB: SWLFF) (TSX-V: SWLF) (“Silver Wolf” or
the “Company”) intends to extend the expiry date for the 4,014,734 warrants that were granted by Silver Wolf in
June 2022. These warrants originally would have expired on December 16, 2023 , and have an exercise price of
$0.25 per common share . The Board of Directors of Silver Wolf approved the extension of the term of these
warrants and as such they will now expire on December 16, 2024.
All other terms and conditions of the Warrants remain unchanged. The Warrant extension is subject to acceptance
by the TSX Venture Exchange.
