TORONTO, May 09, 2023 -- Golden Tag Resources Ltd. (“Golden Tag ” or the "Company") (TSX.V: GOG) (OTCQB: GTAGF)
is pleased to announce the listing of the Company’s common shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (" FSE") under the
trading symbol " GTD". The Company's common shares are now cross listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) in Canada
and OTCQB in the United States. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is one of the world's leading exchanges and Germany's most
active.
