March 16, 2018--Vancouver, BC: Silver Grail Resources Ltd. (“Silver Grail”) ( (“SVG”-TSX-
V) is pleased to announce that Barry Holmes has been appointed to the Board of Directors and that his
appointment has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Holmes was for 32 years a commercial helicopter pilot and for 7 years a senior manager with
Canada’s largest privately owned helicopter c harter operator. During his aviation career he was
involved with numerous Golden Triangle explorers including major projects with Pretium
Resources, Treaty Creek, Galore Creek, Schaft Creek, Granduc, Johnny Mountain, Snip Mine, Red
Mountain and Seabridge Gold. His extensive knowledge of the area and his professional network of
contacts in the service industry will be an asset to the company. During a sabbatical from aviation
Barry spent 3 years as a stockbroker with Canarim Investments (from 1985-88).
