September 28, 2017, Vancouver, BC: Silver Grail Resources (“Silver Grail”) (“SVG”-TSX-V) is pleased
to report that the private placement announced August 3, 2017 has been completed. On September 21, 2017,
the TSX Venture Exchange accepted for filing documentation with respect to the private placement.
All securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a hold period expiring on January 22, 2018.
Proceeds of the private placement will be used to finance exploration of the company's mineral properties in
the Stewart area of northwestern British Columbia and existing liabilities, as well as providing working capital
for company expenses going forward.
