SILVER BULL ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF ANNUAL MEETING OF
SHAREHOLDERS
VANCOUVER, BC – (April 22, 2025) – Silver Bull Resources, Inc. (TSX: SVB, OTCQB: SVBL) (“Silver Bull” or
the “Company”) is pleased to announce the detailed voting results of the proposals considered at its
annual meeting of shareholders held on April 17, 2025 (the “Meeting”). A total of 13,269,249 or 28.0% of
the Company’s issued and outstanding shares were represented at the Meeting.
The following nominees, as listed in Silver Bull’s proxy statement, were re -elected as directors of the
Company:

Silver Bull is also pleased to announce that the Company’s shareholders have ratified and approved the
appointment of Smythe LLP, as the Company ’s independent registered public accounting firm , for the
fiscal year ending October 31, 2025 (12,746,226 or 96.4% voted “For”, 478,088 or 3.6% voted “Against”
and 44,935 abstained from voting).
The Company’s shareholders also voted to approve the unallocated entitlements under the Company’s
2019 Stock Option and Stock Bonus Plan (6,403,581 or 93.1% voted “For”, 475,930 or 6.9% voted
“Against”, and 160,879 abstained from voting).
