GOLD REACH RESOURCES LTD. AMENDS NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

October 11, 2017: Vancouver, British Columbia : Gold Reach Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) (GRV:

TSX-V) announces it has amended its non-brokered private placement offering (see news release

September 12, 2017) from one -half of one warrant to a full warrant. All other terms of the private

placement remain the same.
