SUPERIOR MINING TERMINATES PROPOSED
ACQUISITION OF VIP BETS INC.
Vancouver, British Columbia – March 13, 2019 – Superior Mining International Corporation (the
“Company” or “Superior Mining”) (TSX-V: SUI.H) announces that it has elected not to proceed with its
previously announced proposal to acquire VIP Bets Inc., (see the Company’s news release of November 26,
2018).
The Company will continue to search for alternative business opportunities.
