(“Superior Mining” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: SUI.H) is pleased to announce the appointment

of Robert Dardi to its board of directors.

Mr. Dardi was called to t he British Columbia Bar in 1986. He has a BSc. and LLB from the

University of British Columbia. He practiced corporate and real estate law in Vancouver at

McCarthy Tetrault, First City Financial and TELUS Corporation. He was an officer of TELUS

when he retired as Vice President and Corporate Secretary. He is the Chairman and Founder of

Tulliore Mines Ltd. which focuses on gold exploration and mining in the Yukon Territory. Mr.

Dardi also sits on other public mining company boards.

Concurrent with the appointment of Mr. Dardi, Kjeld Thygesen has resigned from the board. The

Company wishes all the best to Mr. Thygesen in his future endeavours.
