Vancouver, British Columbia – May 10, 2019 – Superior Mining International Corporation (the
“Company”) (TSX-V: SUI.H) advisesthat further to its news release of March 13, 2019 which announced
the Company’s decision not to proceed with its proposed acquisition of VIP Bets Inc., the Company did
advance a total of $130,000 as a deposit toward the purchase price, which amount remains outstanding and
owing by VIP Bets Inc. to the Company.
The Company will continue to search for alternative business opportunities.
