STOCKWORKS GOLD ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Vancouver, British Columbia – (July 23, 2026) – Stockworks Gold Inc. (TSXV: STW; FSE: 4XO1) (“Stockworks” or
the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Forster as Chief Financial Officer of the
Company, effective July 23, 2026. Mr. Forster succeeds Oliver Foeste, who has resigned as Chief Financial Officer.
The Company also announces that Judson Culter has resigned as Corporate Secretary and that Pieter Bakker has
been appointed Corporate Secretary of the Company.
Mr. Forster has over 40 years of experience in financial and management accounting for banking, manufacturing,
oil and gas, and mining companies. He is the Chief Financial Officer for Oracle Energy Corp and has previously
served as Chief Financial Officer of MYM Nutraceuticals Inc. Mr. Forster was also a manager at BearingPoint,
formerly KPMG Consulting providing project management and consulting services for the Consumer Industrial
Markets sector. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) registered in the province of British
Columbia.
The board of directors thanks Mr. Foeste and Mr. Culter for their service and contributions to the Company. Mr.
Culter will stay on as a director of the Company.
