Royal Lifescience Corp. Terminates Qualifying Transaction

Vancouver, BC – Royal Lifescience Corp. (NEX: “RLS.H”) (the "Company"), a capital pool company
pursuant to Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”), announces that it s letter of intent
with Slave Lake Zinc Corp. announced on July 14, 2017 (the “LOI”) automatically terminated as the
parties had not entered into a definitive agreement by August 15, 2017, being the date set out in the LOI .
The Company chose not to extend the LOI and to seek to identify a new potential Qualifying Transaction,
due to a variety of factors, including the continued weakness in junior equity markets.
The Company will continue to pursue other opportunities with a view to completing a Qualifying
Transaction under the CPC policy of the TSXV.
The common shares of the Company are expected to resume trading on the NEX board of the TSXV upon
receiving TSXV approval.
About the Company
The Company is designated as a Capital Pool Company by the Exchange. The Company has not commenced
commercial operations and has no assets other than cash. The only business of the Company is the identification and
evaluation of assets or businesses with a view to completing a "Qualifying Transaction" in accordance with
Exchange Policy 2.4 - Capital Pool Companies.
