ROVER CRITICAL MINERALS TO CHANGE NAME TO

STOCKWORKS GOLD INC.

Vancouver, British Columbia – (July 30, 2025) – Rover Critical Minerals Corp. (TSXV: ROVR) (“Rover” or the

“Company”) is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the Company’s application to

change its name to STOCKWORKS GOLD INC. Effective Tuesday August 5, 2025, the Company will commence

trading under its new name. A new stock symbol, STW, and CUSIP (860915107) have been assigned to the

Company’s common shares.
