Rover Announces $0.15 Unit Private Placement Financing

ROVER ANNOUNCES $0.15 UNIT PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Vancouver, British Columbia – June 18, 2025 – Rover Critical Minerals Corp. (TSXV: ROVR) (OTC Pink:

ROVMF) (FSE:4XO) (“Rover” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has filed documents with the TSX

Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) seeking conditional approval of its $0.15 unit (“Unit”) private placement financing

(the “Financing”) for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000.

The Financing consists of up to 3,333,333 Units, each Unit consisting of 1 common share of the Company and one half

of a common share purchase warrant, each full warrant being exercisable at $0.20 for 2 years. Proceeds of the Financing

will be used for general corporate and operating purposes.

Finders fees in cash and non-transferable broker warrants in accordance with TSXV policies may be paid in relation to

the Financing.
