STALLION URANIUM PROVIDES UPDATE ON TECHNOLOGY

DATA ACQUISITION AGREEMENT

Vancouver, British Columbia - July 10th, 2025 - Stallion Uranium Corp. (the “Company” or

“Stallion”) (TSX-V: STUD ; OTCQB: STLNF ; FSE: FE0 ) announces that further to its news

release of July 8 th, 2025, announcing that it had entered into a technology data acquisition

agreement, the Company clarifies that the technology licensing agreement is dated effective

July 7th, 2025 and not April 24 th, 2025. For further information in respect of this transaction,
