Stallion Uranium Announces New Consolidation Ratio
STALLION URANIUM ANNOUNCES NEW CONSOLIDATION RATIO
Vancouver, British Columbia - February 18, 2025 - Stallion Uranium Corp. (the “Company” or
“Stallion”) (TSX-V: STUD; OTCQB: STLNF; FSE: FE0) announces that further to its news release dated
January 24, 2025 in which it announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares
(the “Common Shares”) on the basis of ten (10) pre- consolidated Common Shares for every one (1)
post-consolidated Common Share (the “Previous Consolidation”). Management now believes that it is
in the best interest of the Company to revise the Previous Consolidation ratio on the basis of five (5) pre-
consolidated Common Shares for every one (1) post-consolidated Common Share (the “Consolidation”).
The Company's name and stock symbol will remain the same after the Consolidation.
The Company currently has 151,628,687 Common Shares issued and outstanding. Following the
Consolidation, the Company will have approximately 30,325,737 Common Shares issued and
outstanding, prior to rounding for fractional shares.
The Consolidation will be approved by the board of directors of the Company, in accordance with the
Articles of the Company, but remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the
“Exchange”). The Company will issue a further news release upon receiving Exchange approval,
announcing the effective date of the Consolidation.
