July 24, 2020, Vancouver, British Columbia - Hybrid Minerals Inc. (TSXV: HZ) (“Hybrid” or the

“Company”) reports that effective July 21, 2020, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange")

suspended trading in the Company’s securities as a result of a Cease Trade Order ("CTO") issued

by the British Columbia Securities Commission. A copy of the Exchange bulletin can be obtained

from the website at www.tmx.com. Reinstatement to trading can occur only when the CTO is

revoked (which occured on July 24, 2020) and the Exchange has concluded its reinstatement

review to ensure the Company has satisfactorily complied with Exchange requirements.
