February 21, 2017 – Vancouver, B.C. – Consolidated Westview Resource Corp. (“Westview” or the “Company”)

listed on the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange (NEX – CWS.H) announces that further to its news release

of November 7, 2016 and December 20, 2016, announcing a non-brokered private placement of up to 625,000 shares

at a price of $0.40 per share to raise gross proceeds of up to $250,000, that the Company will not be proceeding with

the financing.
