STLLR Gold Completes Reclamation Activities at Colomac to
Release C$1 Million into Working Capital
TORONTO, Ontario, April 1, 2026 – STLLR Gold Inc. (TSX: STLR) (OTCQX: STLRF) (FSE: O9D) (“STLLR”
or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of some reclamation activities
at the Colomac Gold Project (“Colomac”) in the Northwest Territories, Canada. Having satisfied the
applicable requirements, the Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (“ CIRNAC”)
has canceled the conditions for maintaining security for reclamation. As a result, the Company has
reclassified C$1 million held in restricted cash to short-term investments within its working capital
balance.
The Spyder Lake reclamation work at Colomac was initiated in 2024 and completed in 2025 as part
of STLLR’s commitment to ongoing environmental stewardship. A third-party technical expert
completed a final report in early 2026. This milestone fulfills the Company’s obligations on that
portion of the property under its Conveyance and Reclamation Agreement with CIRNAC, originally
established in connection with the acquisition of the Colomac Gold Project.
