Silverstock Announces Changes to Board of Directors
Vancouver, B.C., August 28, 2026 - Silverstock Metals Inc. (CSE: STK) (“Silverstock” or the “Company”)
announces that Messrs. Tom Panoulias and Gerald Shields have resigned as directors of the Company
effective August 27, 2026. The Company is pleased to announce that Messrs. Chris Osterman and Leo
Karabelas have been appointed as directors of the Company, effective August 28, 2026, to fill the
vacancies created by the resignations.
Jonathan Fruchter, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company, commented: “On behalf of the

Chris Osterman
Chris Osterman has thirty years’ experience in both metal production and exploration in North and South
America, Africa, and Asia.
Most recently, Dr. Osterman played an integral role in the discovery and development of the San Jose
silver deposit in Oaxaca, Mexico; and the Zuun Mod molybdenum deposit in Mongolia. Dr. Osterman’s
area of expertise lies in new project reconnaissance and exploration strategy. Dr. Osterman completed a
PhD at the Colorado School of Mines focusing on sediment-hosted copper deposits in Namibia.
Dr. Osterman holds a BSc Mining Eng., MSc Geol. Eng. and PhD Geology
Leo Karabelas
Leo Karabelas is a mining executive and capital markets professional with more than 20 years of
experience in corporate development, investor relations, strategic financing and corporate
communications. He currently serves as Vice President, Capital Markets at San Cristobal Mining Inc.,
where he played an instrumental role in the Company’s 2023 acquisition of Minera San Cristóbal.
Mr. Karabelas is also the founder and President of Focus Communications, a Toronto-based investor
relations, corporate communications and advisory firm focused primarily on the natural resources sector.
Throughout his career, he has advised numerous public and private mining companies on capital markets
strategy, financing and corporate growth.
He currently serves as a Director of Labrador Gold Corp. and previously held the position of Vice President
of Corporate Communications at Novo Resources Corp.
Mr. Karabelas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management and Enterprise Development from
Ryerson University.
