Plaid Technologies Inc. Announces Revocation of Management Cease Trade Order

 

VANCOUVER, BC – September 11, 2026Plaid Technologies Inc. (CSE: STIF) (OTC: STIFF) (FRA: 5QX0) (“Plaid” or the “Company”), announces that the Company’s principal regulator, the  British Columbia Securities Commission (the “BCSC”) has lifted the Management Cease Trade Order (the “MCTO”), effective September 10, 2026, that it had previously granted to the Company on July 30, 2026, under National Policy 12-203, as the Company has now successfully completed filings of its annual and interim financial statements, management discussion and analysis, and CFO and CEO certificates. Revoking the MCTO means the Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of the Company are no longer prevented from trading the Company’s common shares.

The Company confirms that on September 3, 2026 it has completed and filed its audited annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the management’s discussion and analysis and related CEO and CFO certificates. The Company also confirms that on September 9, 2026 it has filed its interim financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2026, and the management discussion and analysis and related CEO and CFO certificates.
