Private Placement Announced
January 19, 2018
Vancouver, BC – Starr Peak Exploration Ltd. ( TSX-V: STE) (the “ Company”) announces that it pr oposes to
raise up to $500,000 through a non- brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of up to 4, 347,827
units at a price of $0.115 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non- transferable share
purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable for a period of two years from the closing at a price of $0.15
per share. Finders' fees may be paid on the funds raised.
Completion of the Private Placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The net proceeds will be used for general working capital.
