past 20 years in identifying and f inancing quality mining projects around the world. The Company welcomes

Mr. More and looks forward to his contributions.

Mr. Andrew Rees has resigned as a director for personal reasons; the Board thanks Mr. Rees for his service and

wishes him well in the future.
