Silver Spruce To Settle Outstanding Indebtedness
August 14, 2026 – Bedford, NS - (TSXV: SSE) – Silver Spruce Resources, Inc. (the “Company”)
announced today that it has entered into debt settlement agreements with a company owned by a
former officer and director of the Company to settle outstanding indebtedness of $66,125 for an
amount of $20,000. Under the terms of the debt settleme nt agreement, 210,526 common shares
will be issued at a deemed value of $0.095 per share.
The debt settlement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
