Officer
Bedford, NS- May 1, 2023 - (TSXV:SSE) – Silver Spruce Resources Inc. announced today that
Camilla Cormier has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Michael Kinley, CPA,
CA, CEO has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
The Board would like to thank Ms. Cormier for her contributions to the Company.
