SRC Closes Tranche of Private Placement
Stakeholder Gold Corp. (“Stakeholder” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: SRC) announces closing on a
$175,000 tranche of a non-brokered private placement financing. Closing of this tranche results in the
issuance of 3,500,000 units. Each unit consists of one common share (“Common Share”) priced at $0.05
per share, and one common share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). Each Wa rrant entitles the holder to
purchase one additional Common Share at 10 cents for a period of two years from the final closing date
of the private placement. Common Shares and Warrants issued are subject to a four month hold period .
Proceeds of this financing will be used for exploration and to cover working capital expenses.
Closing is subject to final acceptance and approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
