EDMONTON, AB, CANADA – Sranan Gold Corp. (CSE: SRAN) (FSE & Tradegate: P84) (“Sranan” or the
“Company”) announces that it has filed a technical report prepared in accordance with National
Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects for the Tapanahony Gold Project
in Suriname. The report is titled “Technical Report – Tapanahony Project Silipanwini District, Eastern
Suriname.” The technical report is available on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca and on the
