May 27, 2016, Regina, Saskatchewan – Strategic Resources (the “Company”) announces its intention to undertake the consolidation of its current issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one new post-consolidated share for every five (5) outstanding shares (the “Consolidation”).

The Consolidation is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
