VANCOUVER, BC – (The NewsWire – December 11, 2024) STELLAR AFRICAGOLD INC. (TSX -V:

SPX) (the “Company” or “Stellar announces:

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING POSTPONED

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders scheduled for Thursday December 12, 2024 is not

proceeding due to insufficient delivery of the Notice of Meeting and Management Information

Circular resulting from service interruptions caused by the Canada Post strike. The meeting will

be rescheduled once postal services resume.
