SILVER PREDATOR CORP. ANNOUNCES POSTPONEMENT OF CERTAIN FILINGS AND RELIANCE ON CSA
INSTRUMENT GOVERNING RELIEF UNDER COVID-19
Hayden, Idaho, May 21, 2020: Silver Predator Corp. (TSXV: SPD) (“SPD” or “Silver Predator”) announces that it
intends to rely on the temporary blanket relief provided by the Canadian Securities Administrators,
including exemptive relief contained in British Columbia Instrument 51 -516 – Temporary Exemptions
from Certain Requirements to File or Send Securityholde r Materials.
In connection with the continuous disclosure filings, SPD will postpone the public filing of its executive
compensation disclosure required under Section 9.3.1 (2,2) of NI -51-102. The executive compensation
disclosure will be filed and deliv ered to shareholders through SPD’s information circular relating to SP D’s
2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is scheduled to be held on September 30, 2020.
