Terry Krepiakevich to the Board of Directors
Montreal, Quebec, April 9, 2024 – Sama Resources Inc. (TSXV: SME) (“SME” or the “Company”) TSX-V: SME,
OTC: SAMMF) is pleased to announce that Mr. Terry Krepiakevich FCPA, FCA, ICD.D has been appointed to the
Board of Directors of the Company effective April 9, 2024.
Mr. Krepiakevich has over 30 years of experience as a CPA and CFO. He has served on several audit committee
positions for both the TSX and NYSE listed companies and, in May 2011 was recognized with the BC CFO of the
Year Award. Mr. Krepiakevich is a Fell ow of the British Columbia CPA Association and a certified member of the
Institute of Corporate Directors. He has been a Director and Audit Committee Chair of Alexco Resource Corp. He
has also served as a member and chair of the compensation and governanc e committees for various listed
companies. Mr. Krepiakevich has also served on the board of Covenant House for nine years, and in the past has
served on numerous charitable organizations in the Vancouver community.

The Company also wishes to announce that Mr. Eric Finlayson is stepping down as a member of the Board of
Directors effective April 9, 2024.

The appointment of Mr. Krepiakevich as a Director of the Company is subject to regulatory approval.
