Sama Resources Announces Results of Special Meeting of Shareholders

Montreal, Quebec, April 11, 2018 – Sama Resources Inc. (“Sama” or the “Company”)

(TSXV: SME) is pleased to report that at its Special Meeting of Shareholders held today the

Corporation’s shareholders voted in favour of the resolution to approve the strategic

partnership with HPX TechCo Inc. (“HPX”) as described in the Proxy Circular sent to the

shareholders on March 15, 2018.

Approximately 28.87% of the common shares of the Company were represented at the

meeting in person or by proxy of which 99.54% were voted in favour of the Resolution.
