SAN LORENZO ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE CHANGES
CALGARY, ALBERTA, June 30, 2022 – San Lorenzo Gold Corp. (“ San Lorenzo ” or the
“Corporation”) (TSXV – SLG, OTCQB - SNLGF) announces that Mr. Gordon Aldcorn has been
appointed to the position of VP, Business Development and advises that Mr. Ken Booth has
tendered his resignation as President and CEO.
Mr. Booth did not stand for re-election at the Corporation’s Annual and Special Meeting held on
June 28, 2022. The directors of the Corporation express their sincere gratitude to Mr. Booth for
his contributions and wish him success in his other ventures.
