SUNVEST ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

January 25th, 2019, Vancouver, B .C. – SUNVEST MINERALS CORP . (TSX -V: SSS) ("Sunvest

Minerals" or the “ Company”) announces it has granted a total of 3,000,000 stock options to directors,

officers and consultants of the company, exercisable at a price of $0. 05 per share for a period of one year

from the date of grant. The options have been granted in accordance with the company's stock option plan.
