Strike Graphite Property Agreement Update

April 23, 2013: Vancouver, BC - Strike Graphite Corp. (TSX-V: SRK) (the “Company”) announces that it has negotiated an amendment to the Option Agreement dated February 20, 2012, regarding the Company’s Wagon property in Quebec. The final payment of $20,000 originally due October 11, 2012 and then changed to April 11, 2013, has now been eliminated and in lieu thereof , the Company has now agreed to issue to the optionors an additional 500,000 shares. A total of 1,500,000 shares is now due to the optionors upon acceptance of such amendment by the TSX Venture Exchange. The parties have also agreed to extend the requirement for exploration expenditures of $100,000 due on April 11, 2013 to April 11, 2014. All other terms of the agreement remain unchanged.

The Company wishes to advise that it is in discussion with the optionors of the Saskatchewan properties but the agreement remains in good standing.
