CARMANAH ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO SKULL RIDGE GOLD CORP.

Vancouver, British Columbia, April 6, 2026, Skull Ridge Gold Corp. (formerly, Carmanah Minerals Corp.)

(CSE: SKUL) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has filed a Notice of Alteration

to change its name from “ Carmanah Minerals Corp.” to “Skull Ridge Gold Corp.”, effective April 2, 2026.

The trading symbol will also change from “CARM” to “SKUL”.

Trading in the common shares of the Company on the Canadian Securities Exchange will commence

under the new name and symbol on April 8, 2026.
