CARMANAH ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
May 9th 2025. Burlington, ON. – Carmanah Minerals Corp . (CSE: CARM), (“Carmanah” or the “Company”) is
pleased to announce the closing of a private placement financing.
The Company will issue 3,000,000 units at $0.02 per unit for gross proceeds of $60,000. Each unit consists of one
common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.05 for a period of 60 months from the
date of issue.
Use of proceeds include working capital and exploration and evaluation expenditures.
