SKRR Exploration Increases Flow-Through Private Placement
News Release - Vancouver, British Columbia – October 19, 2020: SKRR Exploration Inc. ( TSXV:
SKRR; OTC: SKKRF; FSE: B04Q ) (“ SKRR” or the “ Company”) is pleased to announce that ,
pursuant to the news release dated October 15, 2020 , it has increased the previously announced non -
brokered flow-through private placement financing to $ 2,200,000 (the “ Private Placement”) and
expects to close immediately.
SKRR’s management and board ar e pleased that this oversubscribed financing was taken up primarily
by major Canadian mining investors and institutional players.
The Private Placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all securities will be subject to
a four month hold period.
