SKRR EXPLORATION INC. APPOINTS MICHAEL MURPHY TO ADVISORY BOARD

Vancouver, British Columbia – January 31, 2020: SKRR Exploration Inc. (“SKRR” or the “Company”)

(TSX-V: SKRR) announces the addition of Mr. Michael Murphy to the advisory board of the Company.

Sherman Dahl, CEO and Director comments that “Mr. Murphy is exactly the sort of independent advisor

SKRR is looking for. Shareholders should judge those that guide the companies they invest in based at what

they have accomplished and how they have treated shareholders in the past. Michael has an excellent track

record and is a great addition to the advisory board of SKRR Exploration.”

About Michael Murphy

Michael Murphy is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Redzone Resources Ltd., and President of

Woodman Capital Ltd., a private consulting company and director/ founder of Torex Gold Resources Inc.

Mr. Murphy previously spent 15 years working in institutional e quities in London, with Merrill Lynch,

Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse, where he managed the hedge fund coverage team. Mr.

Murphy graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts, from the London School

of Economics and Political Science with a Master of Science in Finance, and from Saint Mary’s University

with a Master of Business Administration and a certified director, Institute of Corporate Directors.
