option to earn a 70% interest in F4 Uranium Corp.'s Clearwater West uranium property. F3 Uranium

Corp. previously assigned the Clearwater West uranium option agreement to F4 Uranium Corp.

SKRR still holds other projects including the Olson gold property located in
