KILLDEER TO CHANGE NAME TO GLACIER LAKE RESOURCES

Vancouver, BC, February 28th, 2017 – Killdeer Minerals Inc. – KMI.H: TSX-V (“Killdeer” or the

“Company”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a change of the Company’s

name to “Glacier Lake Resources Inc.” Effective at the opening of the market on Wednesday, March 1st,

2017, trading will commence under the new name and under the ticker symbol “GLI.H”.
