GLACIER LAKE ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Vancouver, British Columbia – September 4, 2020 – Glacier Lake Resources Inc. (TSXV: GLI) (the
“Company”) announces that effective immediately Gordon Friesen and Scott Davis have been appointed
as directors of the Company. M essrs. Friesen and Davis fill the vacancies created by Stan Szary and
Johan Grandin, both of which have resigned as directors to focus on other projects. T he board of
directors of the Company thanks Messrs. Szary and Grandin for their previous service.
Following completion of the appointments, the board of directors of the Company consists of Satvir
Dhillon, Gordon Friesen and Scott Davis.
