Vancouver, October 14, 2010 – Killdeer Minerals Inc. – KMI: TSX.V (“Killdeer”) (the “Company”), reports that on September 13, 2010, the Company sent out and posted on SEDAR its Information Circular for the Scheduled Annual General Meeting to be held on October 15, 2010. The Company notes there was an error on page three of the circular whereby the beneficially held shares of Joe Dwek Management Consultants 2007 Inc. failed to disclose the warrants held both directly and indirectly by that holder. An amended Information Circular has been posted on SEDAR with the updated and corrected information on page three.
