Component at the Eskay Creek Project

Vancouver, BC (January 31, 2025) Skeena Resources Limited (TSX: SKE, NYSE: SKE) (“Skeena Gold & Silver”,

“Skeena” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce a rebranding to Skeena Gold & Silver to more accurately

represent the strong silver component at our flagship Eskay Creek Project (“Eskay” or the “Project”). This

subtle yet impactful shift highlights Skeena’s ongoing commitment to advancing the world -class gold-silver
