Investment From Tahltan Nation

Vancouver, BC ( April 16, 2021) Skeena Resources Limited (TSX: SKE, OTCQX: SKREF)

(“Skeena” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the C$5 million investment by the Tahltan

Central Government into Skeena, referenced in the joint press release dated March 31, 2021, closed

today.
