Skeena Closes First Tranche of Private Placement
Vancouver, BC ( July 15 , 201 9) Skeena Resources Limited (TSX.V: SKE, OTCQX: SKREF)
(“Skeena” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce , subject to acceptance of the TSX -Venture
Exchange, it has closed the first tranche of the non-brokered private placement offering (the “Offering”)
announced on June 27, 2019. Skeena collected gross proceeds of C$3.5M from the sale of 9,077,208
shares at a price of C$0.385 per share. The Company expects to close the balance of the Offering by
the end of July.
The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund exploration activities on the Company’s projects
in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia, as well as for working capital purposes. All of the securities
issued under the Financing will be subject to a hold period of 4 months from the closing date of the
offering. Finders’ fees may be payable to qualified finders in accordance with applicable regulations.
