Skeena Closes Final Tranche of Private Placement

Vancouver, BC ( July 31, 201 9) Skeena Resources Limited (TSX.V: SKE, OTCQX: SKREF)

(“Skeena” or the “Company”) is pleased to report the closing, subject to the acceptance of the TSX -

Venture Exchange, of the second and final tranche of the non-brokered private placement offering (the

“Offering”) announced on June 27, 2019 . Together with the first tranche, Skeena raised gross

proceeds of C$5,032,070.

In connection with the final tranche, Skeena collected gross proceeds of C$ 1,537,345 from the sale

of 3,169,784 flow through shares (“FT shares”) at a price of C$0.485 per FT share.

The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund exploration activities on the Company’s projects

in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia, as well as for working capital purposes. All of the securities

issued under the Financing will be subject to a hold period of 4 months from the closing date of the

respective tranche of the Offering. A total for both tranches of C$82,225 was paid in finders’ fees.
