(“Skeena” or the “Company”) will release the key results of a Definitive Feasibility Study (“DFS”) for its
100% owned Eskay Creek Gold-Silver Project after the North American markets close on November
14, 2023. The Company will host a conference call to present the results of the DFS on November 15,
2023 at 8:00 AM PT / 11:00 AM ET. A presentation by management will be followed by an opportunity
for Q&A.
