SILVER VALLEY METALS POSTPONES ANNUAL MEETING

Vancouver, British Columbia – December 3, 2024 – Silver Valley Metals Corp. (TSXV: SILV) (OTCQB:

SVMFF) (“Silver Valley” or the “Company”) announces that, due to the ongoing Canada Post strike they

have postponed their Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) set for January 16, 2025. The Meeting will

be rescheduled after the Canada Post strike has concluded.
