Sitka Gold Announces Grant of Incentive Stock Options
VANCOUVER, CANADA – May 27, 2020: Sitka Gold Corp. (“Sitka” or the “Company”) (CSE: SIG; FSE:
1RF) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 2,000,000 incentive stock options (the “Options”) to officers,
directors and consultants of the Company. The Options are exercisable at $0.14 per share for a period of five
years from the date of grant and are subject to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
