SIENNA CLOSES PRIVATE PLACMENT

Vancouver, April 17, 2014– Sienna Resources Inc. (“Sienna” or the “Company”) has closed a non-brokered private placement of seven million units at $0.05 per share for proceeds of $350,000. Each unit consists of one common share and on transferable warrant to purchase one additional share for $0.05 per share until April 11, 2019. These units have a hold period that expires on August 12, 2014.
